We currently work on both innovative mobile and console titles which guarantees lots of variety in our projects. Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are now looking for a

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a one-year temporary contract

You will play a central role in our Talent Acquisition function with varying tasks related to providing coordination and support throughout the recruitment life cycle. You will help create a stellar candidate experience and ensure an amazing journey for all candidates throughout the process. You will also be responsible for our participation in key Ubisoft level Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as the Graduate Program. On top of that, as your experience and skills develop, you can independently support our hiring managers in junior-level recruitments. You will also guide our international new hires through all the relocation practicalities (such as taxes and social security) and help them to settle in this happiest and safest country in the world.

  • Schedule onsite and remote interviews and make travel arrangements for international applicants

  • Organize our participation in Ubisoft level Talent Acquisition programs (for example Graduate Program)
  • Support in campus management activities (such as hosting student visitor groups or organizing recruitment events)
  • Give relocation advice and support for our international applicants and new hires and manage our collaboration with relocation consultants

The Gameplay Programmer is responsible for the interactivity of the game. He/She turns game design rules and gameplay elements (features, animation, sound…) into playable sequences. He/She collaborates closely with designers, artists, animators and other game development team members. His/Her objective is to offer players a comfortable, immersive & fun game experience.

As a member of a game development team, the gameplay programmer is involved in a variety of missions such as:

  • Participate in the architecture, conception and implementation of gameplay code based on design intentions, and implement game controls focusing on quality
  • Optimize and debug gameplay code to ensure that gameplay is fluid
  • Suggest and participate in the conception of prototypes with the design team

(Senior) Graphics Programmer

We are now looking for a self-driven and talented

(Senior) Graphics Programmer to join our core technology team.

We have just kicked off a new project with a brand-new IP and we have also started co-development projects with other Ubisoft studios. These new projects need more hands on deck! As our Graphics Programmer, you will design and implement systems for the rendering engine to help the game development team to carry out their visions to the game. You will have the opportunity to work with Ubisoft’s inhouse engines, which are industry-leading tools capable of creating some of the most advanced content ever seen in video games. Depending on your background and interests, you can join us as a senior member taking full independent responsibility or an intermediate programmer who already has some graphics programming experience.

    Technical Artist

    We are now looking for a

    Technical Artist

    We have just kicked off a new project with a brand-new IP. As our Technical Artist in this project, you will develop, adapt and implement the artistic tools and methods used in the game development. You will play a key role in carrying out the artistic vision of the game within certain technical constraints. You will collaborate with the whole game development team to understand, define and implement technical solutions that will optimize the memory, performance, and quality of the game.

    We are looking for someone who finds solutions in inventive ways making the best use of the resources they have (think MacGyver!). You actively seek opportunities to improve the game performance and you are continually enhancing your current skills. You will have multiple stakeholders to work with, so the ability to collaborate, build, and maintain relationships is needed to succeed in this role.

    You will join a recently founded team of senior and skilled game developers working on a new project in the world's third-biggest game publisher. We have big ambitions to introduce something groundbreaking in games. Your home base will be a team of experienced and versatile technical artists. You will get to enjoy the network and resources of Ubisoft, but at the same time work in an agile studio where we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Providing and maintaining art production tools (e.g. procedural tools, shaders)
    • Mentoring artists in chosen methods, optimizations and tools
    • Developing technical solutions to solve performance issues while executing artistic and game vision

    Ubisoft Game Producers lead complex projects and large teams in international and rapidly evolving environments.

    They need to demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills. 

    They supervise and ensure efficient collaboration between various profiles (designers, artists, animators, programmers, brand managers, etc.), often spread out across several locations.
