Our games portfolio needs a pretty big suitcase to fit into. We’ve made over 100 games for pretty much all platforms. We currently work on both innovative mobile and console titles which guarantees lots of variety in our projects. Art Lead / Art Director

We are now looking for an 

Art Lead or Art Director for our new unannounced mobile project 

Following the success of Trials Frontier and South Park: Phone Destroyer, our studio is kicking off our next mobile project with our own new IP. As our Art Lead or Director, you will make sure the visual identity our new mobile game is stunning, imaginative and memorable. You will impact the visual style of the game, translate the vision to art assets, and establish the art direction. You will also manage, mentor and inspire a team of artists and you will lead the delivery of the team under the production guidelines.  

We offer you a key position in a truly ambitious project aiming to publish a top-grossing game that people will LOVE!  You will get to enjoy the network and the support of Ubisoft, and work in an agile studio with a quirky, outspoken and playful atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Help define the high-level creative vision of the game together with other project leads (for example the Creative Director) 
  • Create the art direction and visual style guide of the game 
  • Build an efficient art team and create an atmosphere of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration  
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality art assets under technical and production constraints 
  • Give feedback on the realization of the game art and ensure its exceptional artistic quality 
  • Help produce visual content, set best practices and benchmarks 
  • Be the key communication channel between art and the other teams in the project

Senior Technical Artist

We are now looking for a

Senior Technical Artist for our new unannounced mobile project

Following the success of Trials Frontier and South Park: Phone Destroyer, our studio is kicking off a new mobile project with a new IP. As our Senior Technical Artist, you will develop, adapt and implement the artistic tools and methods to carry out the artistic vision of the game within the defined technical constraints. You will collaborate with the whole game development team to understand, define and implement technical solutions that will optimize the memory, performance, and quality of the game.

We are looking for someone who has a solution-orientated mindset and loves fixing problems. You actively seek opportunities to improve the game performance and you are continually enhancing your current skills. You will have stakeholders to work with, so the ability to collaborate and build and maintain relationships is needed to shine in this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Art Director in defining art pipelines, workflows and guidelines to organize the content production
  • Developing technical solutions to solve performance issues while executing artistic and game vision
  • Supporting content production by providing tools (e.g. scripting and shaders) for the artists
  • Being a bridge between Artists and Programmers and working closely with production to solve problems
  • Mentoring artists in chosen methods, optimizations and tools
  • Constantly communicating with Producers and leads about opportunities and challenges

  • Has good knowledge and understanding of the mobile game development processes and techniques

Senior Programmer for our new unannounced mobile project

Following the success of South Park: Phone Destroyer and Trials Frontier, our studio is kicking off our next mobile project with our new IP. As our Senior Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, motivating and helping to manage a team of highly talented programmers in collaboration with the Tech Lead, and other leads in the project.

We are looking for someone who has excellent people management skills and wants to develop as a leader. You are someone who understands how to leverage resources to achieve key objectives and you are capable of building a happy and efficient team.

Our project will push the existing boundaries of mobile tech and you will get to lead a highly experienced team.
